Celebrating TV & Media’s Extraordinaire’s in the West Coast (LA).

After a successful Wonder Women event in NYC this past March (check out our contribution here), BridgeM was tasked again to help with the Social Media Management for its west coast edition, LA TV Week, one of the premier events in media and entertainment industry. LA TV Week consists of two events, 40 Under 40 and Wonder Women LA.

Wonder Women LA recognizes the achievements of phenomenal women in media and entertainment while the 40 Under 40 awards, supported by Broadcasting + Cable and Multichannel News, showcases the pioneering people that are pushing the boundaries of innovation in the Media and Entertainment industry.

Our Social Media management strategy: LinkedIn, X and Instagram 

  • LinkedIn Page Management: Based on past data/results, LinkedIn consistently delivered the highest reach and engagement with award recipients. Our focus? Getting them to spread the word! Through targeted content and outreach, we encouraged likes, comments, and shares from honorees and their companies, amplifying the recognition they deserve. (See the impressive results here!)

 

  • Synergetic Sharing on X.com: Building on x.com’s existing strengths and the involvement of supporting brands, we implemented a cross-account content sharing strategy. This boosted engagement for all parties involved. Award event accounts shared visually-appealing content, while publications helped disseminate articles. This created a perfect blend of short-form (eye-catching visuals) and long-form (informative articles) content.

 

  • Social Media Scheduling: To optimize reach and engagement, we strategically scheduled posts, ensuring consistent content delivery.

 

  • Maintaining Positive Social Presence: Our team actively monitored platforms, responded to comments and messages promptly.

 

  • Unforeseen challenge – Threat Management: While not anticipated, we encountered a rise in spam comments and accounts trying to piggyback on the conversation. Our team swiftly addressed this issue, ensuring a positive sentiment across all LA TV Week’s online channels.
