The below list comprises AI tools that we use on a regular basis that can help you boost your skill, stand out and the most important of all, save time. 

1. Generate creative ideas and remember details:

What we have used: Claude | ChatGPT | Gemini

What did we use it for: Generating ideas and remembering contextual client based project information

All three platforms listed above can help you generate ideas, expand on them and also provide you with more contextual information but for us, Claude does it the best. 

Claude helps us organize our thoughts and arrive at decisions. Because of its ability to remember context, we often train it on a topic that’s very specific to the project at hand and our preferences based on the client and continue to use that dedicated chat. It also helps to research and analyze data from multiple sources. It also helps us in everyday tasks like writing emails to summarizing articles, saving us time and effort.

 

2. Design eye-catching visuals:

What we have used: Canva 

What did we use it for: Create engaging and visually appealing content for organic and paid ads

We have been using Canva since we started our company in 2020. We have created over 20+ print ads, 300+ artwork images and 50+ videos for paid and organic campaigns and even a 1 min 30 sec product promo for one of our clients. It is easy and straightforward to use. There are millions of templates, elements, text styles to choose from. You can also upload your own content and make edits to it. 

3. Streamline UI/UX design:

What we have used:  Figma

What we have used it for: Collaborative UI/UX projects

We have designed over 5 websites in these 4 years and in the initial stages of design, we turn to the help from Figma depending on the client’s needs. We have remote teams across the world and this is where Figma helps tremendously. 

For collaborative UI/UX projects, Figma is a game-changer. Figma allows seamless teamwork, with instant updates for everyone on the project, no matter their location. It simplifies all aspects of UI/UX, from design and prototyping to handoff. And with AI features like mockup visualization, text rewriting (even in different languages!), and image search, Figma helps you accelerate the entire web/product design process.

What we have used it for: Creating visuals using generative text to image

Here, we are going to focus on Adobe Express since it is the tool that can really help small businesses. 

We started using Adobe Express last year. The most impressive feature in the platform is the text to image conversion. Searching for the right image to post on a blog is time consuming and nowadays, getting stock images is expensive for small businesses. You can get significant things done with the free version but the paid version obviously gives more flexibility and options.

5. Bring video ideas to life:

What we have used: Runway

Our content partner and friends at Elsewhat entertainment produces amazing short films and culturally stimulating content pieces. We asked their Founder Ponvishal on why they use Runway and how does it help them and he said:
