So, we have chosen 3 artists/artist groups who are propelling the scene right now further mainstream.


Wild Wild Women-insta

India’s first all-female hip hop collective and community with rappers, B-girls and Graffiti artist. 

The rappers of the collective include Hastagpretty (Preeti N Sutar), Krantinaari (Ashwini Hiremath), MC Mahila (Shruti Raut), JQueen (Jacqulin Lucas), MC Pep (Pratika E Prabhune).

The most notable part of this rap group is their ability to rap in English, Hindi, Marathi and Tamil.

Indian Dentist Rapper-insta

A professional dentist turned rapper from India/USA. 

He was initially making videos on YouTube for other artist’s songs but eventually started writing lyrics and rapping in the booth. 

His first success came with the release of King Amongst Men, which was released 4 years ago garnering him 19k views. It is a straight up success until now. 

His latest song Tornado is gaining momentum as he is planning to release an album in 2023.

Shubh (Shubhneet Singh) needs no introduction. 

He rose to mainstream fame in 2021 with his single ‘We Rollin’ and his songs peaked in the UK Asian, UK Punjabi and the Official New Zealand charts. 

Within just 6 months into his music career, he got 150 Million streams.

With his song ‘Baller’, he got himself a place on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 list.
